- For exchanges, shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Exchanges are not available for products on sale.
Product Information
This product is a loose-fitting model designed as one size (36-42), distinguished by its comfortable and draped structure. While the elegant boat neck detail adds a touch of style, the back being 7 cm longer than the front presents a modern look. The bust length of the product is 65 cm, and its height is 60 cm.
Made from 100% cotton, our product is manufactured in Turkey according to high quality standards. Thanks to the water-based digital printing technique used for the prints, the natural texture of the fabric is preserved, allowing the skin to breathe. The dyes used in our prints are Oeko-tex and GOTS certified; this means they contain no substances harmful to human health and can be safely used even in baby products. This product, compliant with ISO 9001:208 quality management regulations, is machine washable and offers long-lasting use.
Shipping and Return Information
Your orders are shipped all over Turkey with our contracted cargo company. Your order is generally planned to be dispatched on the same day or the next day and is expected to reach you within approximately 3 days. Our maximum shipping time is 2 days. For a fast and smooth delivery process, please make sure you have entered your contact information completely.
For products you have purchased, you can request a size exchange or exercise your right to return within 14 days. Please note that exchanges are not available for discounted products. You may open the packaging to try on the product, but for returns or exchanges, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. For returns, any promotional or free products that came with the order must also be sent back. If you do not send the invoice or receipt with your return package, your return process will not be accepted.
Before making a return or exchange, you must contact Kalicross to request the Contracted Cargo Sender Code. Packages sent without this code will not be accepted. Returns and exchanges cannot be made for used products. For exchanges, the shipping fee is borne by the buyer.
