Membership Agreement

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Please read this membership agreement carefully. By accepting this agreement, you become a member of Kalicross.com and create the necessary account to shop from Kalicross.com. By becoming a member of Kalicross.com, you agree to abide by the following terms.

1. Definitions

  • 1.1. Kalicross.com: An online e-commerce platform operated by ILGIT BİLAL ERTUĞRULLU, selling products related to the rock and metal world.
  • 1.2. MEMBER (You): You are the person who has access to the membership account you created when you registered with Kalicross.com and who benefits from the services offered.

2. Membership

  • 2.1. To become a member of Kalicross.com, you must be over 18 years old.
  • 2.2. To become a member of Kalicross.com, you must accurately provide a valid email address, contact information, and other required information.
  • 2.3. Kalicross.com reserves the right to reject or suspend your membership application without providing any reason.
  • 2.4. You agree that your membership information is always accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • 2.5. You are solely responsible for the security of your membership account and password. In case of loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your membership information, you must immediately contact us at destek@kalicross.com.

3. Account Closure and Termination

  • 3.1. Kalicross.com reserves the right to unilaterally terminate your membership in case of detecting behavior contrary to the membership agreement or malicious use. In this case, Kalicross is not responsible for any resulting losses.
  • 3.2. You have the right to close your membership account at any time. However, Kalicross cannot be held responsible for any loss of data or access to past order information that may occur due to the account closure process.

4. Privacy and Security

  • 4.1. Kalicross.com protects your personal information with great care in accordance with the provisions of the "Privacy Policy" and "KVKK Illumination Text".
  • 4.2. Kalicross's liability for direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of the services offered is limited to the cost of the service provided, to the extent permitted by law.
  • 4.3. Turkish Republic law shall be applied in disputes arising from this Agreement, and the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Edremit (Balıkesir) are authorized.
  • 4.4. This Agreement may be unilaterally amended by Kalicross at any time. The amendments come into force upon the publication of the updated text on the website. Members are obliged to follow these amendments.
  • 4.5. This agreement ends with the mutual agreement of the parties or with the termination of membership.
