  • The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, whose characteristics and sales price are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the SELLER's website www.kalicross.com.

3. AGREEMENT SUBJECT PRODUCT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • The type, quantity, brand/model, color, and sales price including taxes of the products are as stated in the product promotion page on the website and in the invoice, which is an integral part of this agreement.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • 4.1. The BUYER acknowledges having read and understood the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the product subject to the agreement on the Kalicross.com website and having given the necessary confirmation electronically. 4.2. The product subject to the agreement shall be delivered within the period specified on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. 4.3. The SELLER undertakes to deliver the product subject to the agreement complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with warranty certificates and user manuals, if any. 4.4. It is the BUYER's responsibility to check the package during product delivery. Damaged packages should not be accepted, and a report should be filed with the cargo official.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • 5.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without incurring any legal or criminal liability and without stating any reason. 5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be sent to the SELLER at destek@kalicross.com within this period, and the product must not have been used in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.

6. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED

  • In the following cases, the BUYER cannot exercise the right of withdrawal:
  • Customized Products: Products prepared according to the BUYER's wishes or explicit personal needs, modified or with special printing (e.g., personalized design, custom size printing, etc.).
  • Products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery, and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Special orders for which printing approval has been received and production has started.

7. DELIVERY AND RETURN INFORMATION

  • 7.1. The delivery time for retail products is 1-4 business days. For wholesale orders, this period may vary between 1-60 days by mutual agreement. 7.2. Products intended for return must be sent to the SELLER's specified address via Aras Kargo. Returns of products damaged due to user error will not be accepted.

8. AUTHORIZED COURT

  • In disputes arising from this agreement, complaints and objections will be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at the place where the BUYER purchased the goods or services or where the BUYER resides, within the monetary limits announced annually by the T.C. Ministry of Commerce.

9. EFFECTIVENESS

  • The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement when making the payment for the order placed through the Site.
