1- Choose the product that best suits your style and go to the product page. 2- Select your size, color or customization options and add them to the cart. 3- From the cart page, proceed to the "Checkout" step. 4- Enter your delivery and billing information. 5- Complete your payment securely with iyzico. 6- Once your order is received, you will be sent a confirmation email and order number.
You can cancel your unprinted standard products before they are shipped by contacting support@kalicross.com or +90 544 675 02 60. Cancellation of orders that have received your approval and entered production is not possible for custom-printed (customized) products.
Your order will be delivered to Aras Kargo within 1-4 business days.
Once your order has been handed over to cargo (Aras Kargo) or your custom printed products have entered the production stage, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate the standard return procedure after the product has reached you.
Your order number is included in the email and SMS sent to you when your order is confirmed. You can also find this information by logging in as a member and going to the "My Orders" tab.
Our standard retail products and custom printed orders are prepared and delivered to Aras Kargo within 1-4 business days. It takes an average of 1-3 business days for the cargo to reach you, depending on your region. The lead time for your wholesale orders will be communicated separately.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can update your address by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. If the product has been handed over to Aras Kargo, you need to contact the shipping company for changes.

Yes, you can place an order from our site as a guest using the "Guest Checkout" option without being a member. However, we recommend that you become a member so that you can more easily track the status of your order and not miss out on special offers.

At Kalicross, we value your security. Your credit card information is not stored in our system. Payment transactions are carried out securely through the highly secure infrastructures of intermediary payment institutions (e.g., iyzico).
If you wish to unsubscribe from our campaign and announcement lists or re-subscribe, you can update your SMS and email permissions at any time from My Account > Announcement Subscriptions.
If you wish to terminate your Kalicross membership, you can go to the "Privacy Settings" tab in your account panel and submit a "Delete My Account" request. Once the process is approved, all your personal data will be removed from our system within the framework of legal regulations.
