DELIVERY AND RETURN CONDITIONS
Our priority is to ensure that orders placed via Kalicross.com reach you in the safest and fastest way possible. Below you will find detailed information about the delivery and return processes for our products that reflect your passion for rock and metal.
1. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Packaging and Shipping
Our products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. All your orders are shipped with an invoice, as required by law. Your invoice is included in the package and also sent digitally to your registered email address.
Contracted Cargo and Delivery
Your orders are delivered to your address via Aras Kargo, our contracted cargo company.
- Delivery Time (Retail): Your standard retail orders are handed over to cargo within 1 to 4 business days.
- Wholesale: For wholesale orders, the lead time may vary between 1 and 60 days, depending on work intensity and quantities. The lead time for wholesale orders will be communicated to you separately.
- In-Store Pickup: Currently, we do not offer in-store physical pickup; all shipments are made via cargo.
If You Are Not at the Delivery Address
If the cargo company cannot reach you when they arrive at your address, you may need to pick up your package from the relevant branch. Orders that cannot be delivered on the second attempt will be returned to the Kalicross warehouse.
Things to Consider When Receiving Cargo
- We recommend checking the package with the cargo official present when you receive your cargo.
- If you detect a missing or damaged product, you must have the cargo official issue a "Damage Assessment Report" and do not accept the product. Having a report proves that the problem is due to the cargo and ensures that a new product is sent to you quickly.
- Damage notifications made without a report may be rejected depending on the investigation.
2. RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Right of Withdrawal and Return Period
The legal return period for unprinted (standard stock) products purchased from Kalicross.com is 14 days from the delivery date. * It is mandatory to send the product to be returned with its original invoice, box, packaging, and all accessories, if any.
- Products must be resalable, unused, and undamaged. Products with user error (stains, tears, odor, etc.) cannot be returned.
- Important: We kindly request that you do not stick shipping labels or use duct tape on the original box/packaging. Please send the products in a protective outer package.
Customized and Printed Products
ATTENTION: Specially printed or custom-designed (customized) products prepared with your approval cannot be returned legally unless there is a manufacturing defect or faulty production. These products are produced specifically for you and therefore do not have resalability.
How to Make a Return?
Before initiating a return, please obtain approval from our customer representative. Once approved, you can send the products via Aras Kargo to the following address:

3. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us before the product enters manufacturing or is shipped.
- Printed Products: If your order has entered the production phase (manufacturing), cancellation cannot be performed.
- Unprinted Products: If you notify us before the cargo is dispatched, it will be canceled quickly.
- Refund: After cancellation/return approval, the refund will be processed within 1-3 business days via the payment method you used (Credit card or Wire Transfer).
