Kalicross.com strives to provide its customers with the highest quality service and always ensure customer satisfaction. This Terms and Conditions page explains your rights and responsibilities regarding your use of the Kalicross.com website. Please read this page carefully.
1. Acceptable Use
Kalicross.com may only be used for legal and honest purposes. Use of the site must comply with local, national, and international laws. Kalicross reserves the right to block users who violate the terms of use and to close their accounts at any time.

3. Sale and Delivery of Products
Kalicross.com sells printed textile products, accessories, figurines, and customized designs of rock and metal bands.
- Delivery Time: For retail sales, the delivery time is 1-4 business days. For wholesale orders, this period may extend up to 1-60 days, and the lead time will be communicated separately.
- Shipping: Shipments are made with Aras Kargo, with whom we have an agreement. Kalicross cannot be held responsible for delays during the delivery process caused by the cargo company.
4. Pricing
Kalicross reserves the right to change product prices, campaign conditions, and stock information without prior notice. Prices stated on the site include taxes; shipping fees are additionally specified during the order process.
5. Order Cancellation and Return Procedure
- 5.1. Order Cancellation: Cancellation requests can be made before the product is shipped or before the manufacturing process begins for printed/customized products.
- 5.2. Return Procedure: Standard (unprinted) products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, provided they are unopened and unused.
- 5.3. Special Products: For customized designs and approved printed products, returns are not legally accepted unless the product is defective.
6. Warranty Provisions
The warranty conditions determined by the manufacturer or importer companies apply to purchased products. For any issues, you can get support by contacting destek@kalicross.com with your invoice.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All designs, logos, product images, and content on our site are the intellectual property of Kalicross or the respective rights holders. Unauthorized copying, use, or sharing of this content is strictly prohibited and entails legal responsibility.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to all disputes arising from this agreement. Edremit (Balıkesir) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve disputes between the parties.
9. Protection of Personal Data
Customer information is used only for order and information processes. Kalicross acts in full compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

These Terms and Conditions are deemed accepted as soon as the user starts using the site or approves their purchase. Kalicross reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
