  • This Clarification Text has been prepared by ILGIT BİLAL ERTUĞRULLU (Kalicross), acting as data controller, in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), to determine the procedures and principles regarding the processing of personal data of our customers, visitors, and business partners.

  • As Kalicross, we collect the following data within the scope of the services we offer regarding the world of rock and metal:
  • Identity Information: Name, surname.
  • Contact Information: Phone number, e-mail address, delivery and billing address.
  • Customer Transaction Information: Order history, billing information, product preferences.
  • Transaction Security Information: IP address, cookie records, website login-logout information.
  • Marketing Information: Campaign approvals, interests, and analysis studies.
  • This data is collected partially or entirely by automatic methods through our website, e-mail, phone, or social media channels.

  • Your personal data is processed for the following purposes based on the legal reasons specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:

  • Explicit Consent: Sending you news about campaigns, discounts, and new collections (if you have given your consent for Commercial Electronic Messages).
  • 4. Transfer of Personal Data
  • Your personal data may be transferred to the following persons and institutions only to the extent necessary for the realization of the above-mentioned purposes:
  • Cargo Companies: Aras Kargo and related logistics partners for product delivery.
  • Payment Institutions: Iyzico and related banks for secure completion of payment transactions.
  • Official Institutions: Authorized public institutions and organizations within the scope of legal reporting obligations.

  • Your data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose or for the legal retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation (10 years for financial records, throughout the commercial relationship for customer data). At the end of this period, your data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

  • Kalicross takes all necessary technical and administrative measures, such as 256-bit SSL encryption, access authorization, and regular data audits, to prevent unlawful processing of your personal data and to ensure its security.

  • In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to us, you have the right to learn whether your data has been processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn whether it is used in accordance with its purpose of processing, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and to request the deletion or destruction of data when conditions are met.

  • To exercise your rights, you can submit your requests by postal mail with a wet-signed petition to Tuzcumurat, Hamdi Bey Cd. No:142/A, 10300 Edremit/Balıkesir or via your registered e-mail to destek@kalicross.com. Your applications will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
