1. Product Selection
It all starts with your choice. You select the most suitable t-shirt or hoodie model from our high-quality, cotton-fabric products. The moment you upload your design, our production team gets to work.
2. Spray Solution (Pre-treatment)
We apply a special pre-treatment solution to ensure the print adheres firmly to the fabric and the colors pop. This spray allows the ink to penetrate deep into the fibers, preventing the print from fading after washing.
3. Press Drying
After spraying, the fabric is flattened and dried in professional high-temperature press machines. This stage creates a smooth and stable surface for printing, preventing printing errors we call "capillary pilling."
4. Digital Printing (DTG)
We're in the thick of it! With our state-of-the-art digital printing machines, your design is printed directly onto the fabric in high resolution. In this method, the ink integrates with the fabric, resulting in a breathable, soft texture instead of a thick, plastic-like layer.
5. Final Drying (Fixation Line)
After the printing process is complete, we place our product in special drying ovens or high-heat tunnels. This "fixation" process ensures the ink is fully locked into the fabric. The result: wash-resistant, long-lasting, and vibrant colors!
6. Delivery
After passing the final quality control tests, your product is carefully packaged and shipped. Your design is no longer just a file, but a piece you can proudly wear!
