Shipping and Return Information

Your orders are shipped nationwide within Turkey with our contracted cargo company. Your products are planned to be handed over to cargo the next day, and the maximum shipping time is 2 days. Please ensure you enter your contact information completely when placing an order. No exchanges are made for discounted products. You can unconditionally return products purchased from Kalicross within 14 days. You can open the packaging to try the product, but for returns, the product must be in its original packaging and unused. If there is a promotion or free product sent with the order, these must also be returned. If an invoice/receipt is not sent with your return shipment, your return will not be accepted; if an e-invoice was sent, you can send it via email. For returns and exchanges, you must request the Sender Code for the Contracted Cargo from our company before returning the products and send the products with this code. Shipments sent with non-contracted cargo companies will not be accepted. No returns or exchanges are made for used products, and shipping fees for exchanges are borne by the buyer.
