Return Conditions
You can unconditionally return products you have purchased within 14 days from the date of delivery. For a smooth return process, please observe the following points:
The product to be returned must be in its original packaging and unused. If there are any promotional or free products sent with the order, they must also be returned. The invoice/receipt must be sent with your return shipment. If it is an e-invoice, you can send it via email. Before initiating a return, contact Zepplin Giyim and request the contracted cargo sender code. Uncontracted shipments sent without this code will not be accepted. Used products cannot be returned or exchanged. Promotional products cannot be exchanged. In case of an exchange, the shipping fee for the new product will be borne by the buyer
