Shipping and Return Information
Your orders are shipped all over Turkey with our contracted cargo company. Your products are planned for shipment the next day, and the maximum shipping time is 2 days. Please ensure you enter your contact information completely when placing an order. There are no exchanges for discounted products. You can unconditionally return products purchased from Kalicross within 14 days. You may open the packaging to try the product, but for returns, the product must be in its original packaging and unused. If a promotion or free product was sent with the order, these must also be returned. If the invoice/receipt is not sent with your return shipment, your return will not be accepted; if an e-invoice was sent, you can send it via email. For returns and exchanges, you must request the Sender Code of the Contracted Cargo from our company before sending the products back and send the products with this code. Shipments sent with non-contracted cargo companies will not be accepted. Used products are not eligible for return or exchange, and for exchanges, shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
